Entry Level Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities:Reach out to existing clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesTrack and follow-up on a high volume of open issues in order to maintain a high quality of customer experienceProvide impeccable client and customer support by maintaining a positive attitude and creating innovative solutionsCommunicate internally, escalating client requests and concerns for prompt and thorough resolution
Entry Level Customer Support Specialist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 6 months of customer service or office support experience, either in a retail, school or corporate settingAbility to think outside the box to problem solve for customersAbility to meet daily and weekly goals and metrics
