A New York City-based health services company is actively seeking a Spanish-speaking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and/or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join their team in Brooklyn.

8:30am to 5pm (2 late days a week 10:30 to 7pm)Patient Population:

55 clientsResponsibilities:
The Social Worker (LMSW / LMHC) will:
Complete admission screening and conduct psychosocial assessmentsMake treatment recommendations and participate in treatment planningProvide social casework services; provide individual, group, and family therapyDevelop and implement discharge plans and and coordinate services with community providersReview the individuals psychiatric, medical and other case records and discuss issues with families and other members of the treatment teamEstablish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with individuals and their familiesQualifications:
Bachelor's DegreeValid NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and/or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)Bilingual (English and Spanish)Your privacy is important to us.
