What You’ll Do

Application Support Analysts are responsible for resolving end-user issues for a 3rd party enterprise platform and data management tool.

Monitor and respond to user-reported issues promptly and professionally; ensure issues are tracked through to resolution working with L3 support team.Ensure efficient incident management, ensuring accurate communication to impacted groups and timely resolution.Facilitate root cause investigations and manage the implementation of corrective and preventative measures.Partner with development teams to drive stability, operational excellence, and a culture of efficiency.Liaise with external technology vendors and exchanges to coordinate changes and resolve connectivity and market data issues.Review, execute, and verify production changes in strict accordance with procedures defined in change documents.Provide support during occasional pre/post business hours on a rotating, as-required basisThorough command of the industry language and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical users.Minimum education qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.The ideal candidate will have:
