Roles and ResponsibilitiesMinimum 18 years IT experience with 8+ year of experience as Salesforce ArchitectExperienced in Salesforce Solution Design, creating the technical/solutions/data architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.Experience in designing and developing custom solutions using Sales, Marketing, Service, and Financial Service Cloud.Experience in partnered with business stakeholders in Compliance, Front Officers, Operations Management and Customer Services departments to build integrated workflows to make processes efficient and productive.Utilize Visualforce and Lightening componentsDesign components using apex code and develop using extension, custom settings, visual force pagesProviding business solutions that may require Apex Language, Classes and Workflow, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force PagesPossesses the individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables and are of the highest caliber and ensure client satisfactionUtilize bulkified Apex Triggers, Queueable Apex, Future Apex, Apex Test ClassesIdentify, escalate, and monitor technical issues to resolutionManage integrations with other tools and applications, including debugging and resolving issuesMake recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency and reportingPerform code review with other developersSalesforce Developer CertificationSalesforce APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce and Lightening components, REST & SOAP APIsExperience in integration with AutoRabit, DocuSign is a plus.Experience in using Salesforce's CRM Analytics tool to create dynamic dashboards to slice and dice data for Executives, Relationship Managers, and Head of departments.Experience in leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Business Analyst.Experience in agile/scrum projects.
