This W-2 position would require candidates to locate near Indianapolis, IN.
Currently, we do not offer relocation assistance. W-2 employees work from home, from E-g's office in Indianapolis or the client's office, depending on client engagement requirements. Current client opportunities support remote work from home.

Candidates should be willing to help other developers and be humbled to seek help when needed.Ability to work with business stakeholders to design UI workflows and give iterative feedback on UI designs/mockups/wireframes.Ability to develop mobile-first, responsive web applicationsPassion for technology and continuous learningGreat to haveExperience with Node.js and/or other backend JavaScript technologiesExperience and passion for leading and coaching junior developersExperience with Agile methodologies, especially ScrumExperience with CI/CD and delivering software to production environments through efficient development pipelinesExperience with end-to-end testing tools and designing test systemsDuties and Responsibilities
Design and develop applications using modern web technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresFocus on delivering business value for clients, not just completing projectsArticulate trade-offs, risks, and support requirements associated with technical solutions or feature requestsContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
