PrideStaff is looking for a
Yard Team Lead
for a busy client in the Fencing Industry located in Fort Myers, FL.
The ideal candidate for the
Yard Team Lead
position has experience directing crew members, ensuring safety compliance and efficient inventory management. Prior experience with commercial fencing highly desired.
Location:
Fort Myers, FLShift:
Monday through Friday; 7:30am to 4pmPay:
$20 to $22/hr. depending on experience
Yard Team Lead Responsibilities:
Oversees receiving, storage, fulfillment, stock levels using software in both the Warehouse and Yard.Organization of warehouse and yard layout with strong focus on accessibility and protection from damage.Leads teams to complete orders on time through organization and maintenance.Train employees while enforcing safety protocols/measures within warehouse and yard.Maintain comprehensive safety documentation and training records.Collaborates across departments and with vendors.Communicate with sales, operations and installation teams regarding inventory/material needs and reporting of any issues.Yard Team Lead Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience managing warehouse and/or yard operations required.Working knowledge of Fencing Materials and/or Installation Experience Highly Desired.Must be willing to work outdoors.Bilingual a plus. (English, Spanish etc.)Forklift Experience/Certification Preferred.A valid driver's license. (May be required)Proven ability to lead and motivate staff in fast-paced role.Strong knowledge of Inventory management principles and software preferred.Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Strong safety focus and team leadership skills.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
