Qualifications:
3+ years of IT support/Desktop Support experienceActive Directory/O365/Intune/VPN, etc.Strong troubleshooting skillsExperience with hardware/software rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.Excellent written and verbal communication.Strong customer service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
