A Database Architect is needed on a mission-critical classified program. Experience all aspects of database architecture in a MongoDB environment is required.
MULTIPLE LOCATION OF THIS ON-SITE POSITION : Either State College, PA or Dulles, VA or Aurora, CO or Richardson, TX
TIME REQUIREMENTS:
This is a full-time position for a time period of at least 6 months. With the right qualifications, the position could be much longer.
REQUIRED TO GET AN INTERVIEW:Clearance requirements: This position requires an active and transferable TS/SCI U.S government issued security clearance prior to start dateBachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and Six (6) years of software engineering experienceSix (6) years of experience in database design and architecture in a MongoDB environment including experience with:
Mongo Query performance tuningMongo pipelinesArchitecting large data solutions
Database and system-level debugging experience including the ability to identify problems in established code and make modifications as necessaryPreferred Qualifications:
Software development experience in JavaExperience working in a Linux environmentExperience with AWS environmentExperience with KafkaExperience with OpenSearchExperience working in the Intelligence CommunityExperience with relational databases and other non-relational databasesExperience with satellite communication systems and protocols is highly preferredMaster's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
