Cyberecurity Project/Program Manager
in support of the government customer located in
Washington DC
area
Responsibilities:
Serve as Primary POC and would be responsible for providing management and oversight for the contract, and project management support.
Responsible for developing work plans, reports, quality checks, and continuous improvement.
Oversees the deployment of all program criterion.
Interact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership
Develop management plans, procedures, and methodology.
Experience Required:
Providing PM oversight in the areas of financial management, reporting, business systems, and customer service.
Providing in depth research into operational issues and resolutions
Providing budget execution and planning for programs
Executing operational, program management, and quality control plans
Developing reports, and formulating recommendations to senior management
Managing profit and loss
Management of a min of 10+ FTEs on a US Gov Contract
Evaluating talent and staffing
Qualifications:
Understanding of information assurance, cybersecurity, privacy policies disciplines, methodologies.
Understanding of Federal Information Security Modernization Act 2014 (FISMA)
Understanding of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
Understanding of Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) implementation.
Understanding of the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education, National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Cybersecurity Workforce Framework, and Cybersecurity Workforce Framework, Federal Cybersecurity Workforce Assessment Act of 2015.
Ability to work with customers to assess needs, provide assistance, resolve problems, satisfy expectations; knows products and services.
Understanding of CSAM reporting and controls management (Common, Hybrid, and System specific).
Knowledge of current computing technologies and software applications such as specialized Business Intelligence software, SQL query language, Microsoft SharePoint, and other database applications i.e., Tableau, BI 360 & Power BI, Hyperion, and SQL Reporting Services expertise preferred.
Skilled in using Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree
Ten (10) years of technical experience in support of program/projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or other accredited Project Management Certification.
Min eight (8) years of relevant focused cybersecurity experience
Desired Qualifications :
Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)
