Overview:
Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a SharePoint Developer to support the development, migration, testing, deployment, and administration of a suite of SharePoint sites within the M365 environment. This role will involve collaborating with SharePoint clients and administrators to develop scalable, extensible, and secure solutions tailored for our NIWC client.Responsibilities:The following reflects managements definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.Creating scalable and secure user interface applications with an emphasis on front-end graphics designWriting and modifying code to build SharePoint sites, interfaces, and workflows based on user requirementsTesting software and ensuring code runs properlyProviding ongoing support and fixing issues as they ariseConducting discovery sessions to gather requirements for SharePoint projectsDesigning secure SharePoint sites and applications and overseeing their implementationsDocumenting SharePoint configurations and architectureUnderstanding of customer workflows to drive efficiencies through optimization and automationCollaborate closely with the SharePoint and intranet technical team, as well as business partners on successful integration of sites and applicationsEnsure the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliabilityMaintain/sustain existing SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)Experience documenting and championing technical requirements that result from business process and/or organizational change recommendations.Interact with client to understand business requirements and underlying workflows to meet expectationsIntegrate existing applications and business processes into SharePoint suite as required
Qualifications:Required Experience/Qualifications:Bachelor Degree preferred and 5-7 years of SharePoint Online development experienceExperience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web ServicesExperience working on Medium to Large-Scale SharePoint FarmsUnderstanding of publishing features in SharePoint and experience working with Master Pages, Page Layouts, Themes and CSSExperience in deploying organization-wide and high visibility SharePoint business solutions.Experience in web design using CSS, Javascript, and OOB SharePoint features.Preferred Experience/Qualifications:Professional certifications in SharePoint Online.Clearance Requirements:
