Job Summary:

Description:

Services designated book of business as relating to marketing, claims, and administrationResponds to Client’s inquiries and maintains documentation of Client communications, existing issues, and issue resolutionsSupports implementation or transition of new/existing lines of coverage by setting up account, collecting needed documentation, and reviewing plan details with Client and CarrierGathers and compiles exposure information from the ClientRequests and collects quotes (new and renewal) from carriers as instructedFacilitates quotes, amendments, and reinstatements for requested changes as neededMonitors Client data warehouse (BenefitPoint) to ensure data integrityAssesses and interprets claims experience for the ClientAnalyzes quotes from carriers to determine appropriate recommendations for ClientObtains policy, then conducts a contract comparison to ensure completenessMonitors receipt of quotes from carriers once submitted and negotiated by more senior staffSubmits complete information for inputting Client information into data management system, ensuring accuracy and completenessGenerates materials for Client presentations and meetings, including all material and on-site meetings involved with the benefit enrollment life cycleCollaborates with senior staff in selecting new markets for submissions and procure proposalsCoordinates the mailing of compliance communications as neededProvides benefits administration support to Client’s Human Resources teamMonitors annual commission levels and annual commission reports for accuracyResearches industry trendsResearches government compliance/regulations to educate ClientMentors and trains Account AdministratorPerforms other responsibilities and duties as needed#LI-SS1

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalentTypically 3 years of Client services experience is requiredStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills requiredUnderstands industry trends and governmental regulationsAbility to complete continuing education requirements as neededAbility to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessionsAbility to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company informationAbility to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlinesAbility to travel by automobile and aircraftAbility to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, photocopier, and facsimile machineAbility to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of timeAbility to work outside of normal business hours as neededLegally able to work in the United States
