Who are we looking for?Highly motivated User Experience Lead with at least 10+ years of experience to join our team as we embark on a digital transformation journey. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing and defining the requirements for enhancing the end-user experience across various enterprise functions, including IT, HR, and Access Management.
Role Requirements :
Partner with business stakeholders in IT, HR, Access Management, and other departments to identify areas for improvement in user workflows and processes.Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs, pain points, and desired functionalities to identify opportunities for improvement.Lead or assist in brainstorming sessions and facilitation workshops.Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions.Develop and maintain journey maps, persona specific user stories, wire frames, functional workflows, and user acceptance criteria.Conduct concept testing and usability testing sessions and synthesize feedback to ensure solutions meet user needs.Create design assets that support user adoption of new digital solutions.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to envision the future state user experience.Provide process improvement recommendations and solutions based on specific customer/business needs.Exposure to complex global IT operations.Exposure to ServiceNow modules and other enterprise systems for HR, IDAM, Procurement etcExperience in managing the UX and UI development life cycle.

Master's/bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of relevant working experience.Proven experience in conducting user research and analysis.Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis techniques.A passion for technology and user experience (UX) design.Experience working in a cross-functional environment with various departments.
