Job Description - Manage all phases of the recruiting life cycle: Intake, sourcing, screening, selection facilitating de-brief sessions, offer, and onboarding various professional level positions. - In collaboration with hiring manager, develop talent strategies to support and optimize diverse recruitment initiatives in assigned functional areas. - Actively source passive talent by reaching out to passive individuals via, LinkedIn, and other channels. - Create an excellent candidate experience throughout life cycle. - Review incoming applications, reject unqualified applicants, and reach out to qualified candidates to schedule phone screens. - Conduct phone screens with both active and passive candidates; submit candidate profiles and resumes to hiring managers with recommendations for next steps. Coordinate interviews with candidates and debrief with candidates post interview. - Communicate updates to hiring managers throughout recruitment process. - Consult with hiring managers on offer details, obtain offer approval from appropriate parties; develop offer letter, execute offer, and manage all negotiations throughout offer process. - Capture offer response in applicant tracking system and ensure smooth hand-off to the onboarding team.
