Job DescriptionICONMA is growing and we need passionate and results driven recruiters for our direct placement team. Responsibilities Sourcing, recruiting and maintaining candidates for contract, contract-to-hire positions. Identifying proper selection of candidate's skills to open requirements and managing the full recruitment cycle for candidates using ATS and other software tools. Communicating proper work instructions and guidelines to Consultants and Contractors. Supporting sales efforts through account retention growth within an existing and shared account through solid communication with Account Managers. Comply with ICONMA policies and procedures to provide consistency in service quality and delivery. Requirements Preferred bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience or combination of education and experience.
