SALARY RANGE : $75,000-78,000K

Summary Description:

The IT Manager reports to the Director of Operations and will manage and help develop the technology infrastructure of the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) which includes developing the framework for and implementation of standardized policies and procedures to sustain this national nonprofit through change management best practices. The IT Manager will work on a team that provides operational support to CLINIC's mission-driven programs. The IT Manager will directly supervise and manage the current Web Manager and Web Coordinator and will also be the primary liaison between CLINIC leadership and our IT MSP vendor. The IT Manager must be enthusiastic, organized, meticulous, provide exceptional customer service, and have flexibility and openness to adapt to changing priorities, ideas, strategies, and methods that impact CLINIC's IT Infrastructure projects. Additionally, the IT Manager must have experience directly supervising staff, including performance evaluation and management of time and projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:Research and recommend ways to strengthen and expand CLINIC's information technology systems, approaches, and assets.Collaborate with the Director of Operations and MSP vendor to plan project scopes of work and assist with implementation.Assist the Director of Operations to ensure IT data security, risk management, disaster recovery and planning processes are in place and receive regular review for currency and adequacy.Oversee the deployment of all hardware, software, and systems, and evaluate all technology services from various perspectives, including cost-effectiveness, customer satisfaction, compliance, security, performance, and maintenance.The IT Manager will maintain company hardware and software programs in concert with the Office and Facilities Manager for congruent application of new equipment and tools as they relate to existing/new physical and remote office locations and assignments.Plan, execute and maintain staff training on new IT tools and technology in collaboration with MSP/Director of Operations and other team leads.Directly manage and supervise the Web Manager of systems whose responsibilities include daily maintenance of the CLINIC website and CRM/CMS as well as related development projects to update/refresh the primary stakeholder systems.Serve as point of contact for vendor relationships directly related to IT infrastructure projects including but not limited to:

Developing and sustaining relationships with company-approved vendors.Implementing vendor selection programs to ensure the best vendors are secured.Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with advanced coursework in information systems, technology, business administration or a related field desirableExperience managing technology projects and initiatives, preferably in a nonprofit organizationPrior experience supporting IT operations, including but not limited to: administering data system applications, security, networking, backup, disaster and recovery planning, risk management, or hardware deploymentProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products including Azure Cloud Administration preferredExperience working with/alongside IT Managed Service Provider(s)Familiarity working in CiviCRMFamiliarity with website development, Drupal preferredExcellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive dataHighly detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to:

Identify technology needs and make recommendations to business decision-makersCreate clear and concise communication/recommendations for senior leadership review related to strategic business plans and initiatives

Work Environment:
