DETAILED LIST OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Lead complex administrative duties requiring a significant degree of skill, agility, reasoning, good judgement and decision making.• Lead special projects/assignments by establishing clear objective statements; determine priorities; aligning where applicable with MMIS standards, gain cooperation from internal and external teams; set expectations, establish project plans, manage and monitor progress and problemsolving.MMIS Helpdesk-lead, manage MMIS CA Uni-Center ticket queue for lower-environments access requests and coordination across MMIS teams; and maintain internal procedure updates. Must• maintain good relationships with the Access & Controls and Helpdesk leads to assess and resolve process issues; as well as UMASS Security team.• Maintain good relationship with the MassHealth Assistant Chief Information Officer's (ACIO) office to coordinate support on cross team initiatives.• Maintain good relationship with MassHealth senior executive management offices to coordinate support.• partner with MMIS PMO Lead to manage and process monthly invoices and maintenance of MMIS Budget system.• Partner with MMIS Development arm to support MMIS Project Intake of new submissions, ensure level-of-estimates are submitted and tracking.• Manage all aspects of on/offboarding staff, and institute procedures and structure for ongoing management and coordination across MMIS Management and Team Leads.• Manage efforts to institute systems to support software licenses, and inventory tracking; and reporting. Establish a good working relationship with the EOHHS Asset Management team.• Manage MMIS Director meeting requests including preparation of agendas, distribution of meeting minutes, related correspondence, preparation of presentations, as well as all follow-up activities as required.• Send out friendly reminders for overdue action items, announcements and status requests.• Participate in required meetings, record minutes, decisions, and action items; organize and manage meeting materials both electronic and hard copy when required.• Support research and analysis assignments and collect data including running queries to prepare documents, reports and summarizing information into consolidated charts and graphs.• Support efforts to draft system outage notices to MassHealth Communications team.• Support efforts to develop operational procedures, instructional guides, and memos• Support or lead efforts to develop MS Excell charts, graphs, pivot tables and workbooks .

Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or higher .• 5 years of hands-on experience Work at Home/Remote Requirements• Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed, uninterrupted modem for a remote workspace.•
