About the Role

We are looking for an IT Manager to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. The IT Manager will lead the technical onboarding of teammates, enable friction-free technology for collaboration, and streamline access while maintaining security and auditability. This position will manage the company's IT systems to ensure that computer hardware and software, as well as networks and servers, perform at a high-level of effectiveness. This role will lead the organization through all IT related planning, projects, help desk incidents, and issues with the company's IT systems. In addition, this role is responsible for the budget, inventory, and purchasing of hardware and software resources, while developing and implementing an active maintenance and upgrade/update schedule. The IT Manager will manage one or more direct reports, as well as vendors and contractors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support the setup of tech related equipment in partnership with the hiring manager of newly hired teammatesInitiate system access for new teammates in systems such as: email, Slack, Vorto native apps, Salesforce, MS 365, Figma, and any other related software based on group assignmentsEnsure strong opsec and data governance practicesManage SOC audits and evidence collection processesSetup and manage technology for video conferencing, meeting room reservation, across multiple office locations in the USManage and maintain software expensesEstablish technical support ticketing systems and rapid response processesOther duties and special projects as assignedQualifications/Skills:

Working knowledge of SOC 2 Type 2 compliance/policiesHands-on experience installing software, patches, updates on computers and peripherals.Experience with security & vulnerability scanning tools like Sophos, ThreatStack, etc. a plusGoogle Suite, GCP, and Azure administration experience, including IAM managementStrong attention to detailA jack-of-all-trades and willingness to dive in head-first to unusual technology problemsDemonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashionAbility to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projectsAbility to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organizationEducational/Experience Requirements:

Associates or Bachelor's degree (B.A.)5+ years related experience and/or trainingCompensation:

$100-120k annual salary
