Role SummarySeeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Manager to oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM platforms. This role requires a strong finance background and technical proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and integrations. As part of the Oracle Center of Excellence, you will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT departments to achieve key objectives.
Responsibilities:
List the main job duties and what the role will entail.Functional ownership of Oracle ERP modules including: Financials, Procurement, Project Management, Risk Management, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and AnalyticsSupervise a team of at least one Oracle Analyst, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment in support of the team's and organization's goalsLead the implementation and integration of new Oracle features and functionality within the Finance department ensuring successful change management and adoptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet the evolving needs of the businessDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP/EPM processes, enhance efficiency, and automate the way we workEnsure the seamless functioning of our Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM environments, working with our Manage Service Provider (MSP) to troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutionsProvide training and support to finance team members on Oracle Cloud functionalitiesLead Oracle quarterly testing communication and effort for entire organizationAct as a liaison between the Finance department and external vendors or consultants for ERP-related mattersStay abreast of trends and updates related to Oracle Cloud, advising the finance team on industry best practices and potential enhancementsRequirements:
5+ years of experience with finance principles in Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM.Proficiency in analyzing business needs, developing solutions, and driving continuous improvement in ERP/EPM processes.Experience with Change Management & Training
