Summary
The Senior Software Engineer will work with other engineers and participate in designing, implementing, and managing business web applications and their servers. A high level of proficiency working on continuous improvement, utilizing SQL, Java, and C# is required. This position provides project management and assistance with IT and operational projects while managing and improving system reliability, security, availability, and flexibility for excellent information services.
ResponsibilitiesManage Critical Issues & Resolutions Related to Existing Application Systems
Develop and propose resolutions or alternative solutions for better information servicesDirect and design system architectureEvaluate/propose Hardware, software, solutionsShare system knowledge with team members so there is a backup member when one is absentKeep up with new technology/trends and adapt them to the IT systemAct as a liaison with customers and partners IT DepartmentsDevelop and implement Applications by using a programming language (Java, SQL, etc.)
System Enhancement in Applications & Infrastructure
New implementation and Modification of IT program/softwareRequirements analysis and Application System Design and Development including Data baseImplementation and testing the Enterprise-ApplicationsResearch for the enhancement or improvement of IT systemsMonitor system failure & performance and properly resolve them in right timeStrongly involve in the planning and engineering of systems infrastructureConduct D/B or Application Tuning
Data Analysis and Correction
Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot system issuesMonitor and resolve system failures independentlyGenerate data analysis requested by users
Interface (EDI) Enhancement and Monitoring
Oversee EDI systems and enhance them if necessaryMonitor systems and prevent delay of data processing
Servers, Database, and Other IT Equipment Maintenance
Monitor and keep systems healthy by maintaining system resources
Collaborate with Customer/Vendors and 3rd party IT vendor
Work with customers, vendors, and 3rd party vendors on issues or projects as assignedTroubleshoot any system issues and report to supervisor
Other Duties as AssignedCompensation Range
$69,000- $78,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

DB programming experience (PL/SQL or T-SQL) RequiredExposure to VB/C#/Java, Visual Studio, or Eclipse RequiredPython, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Java, SQL, DOM, SVN, NiFi RequiredFamiliarity with and ability to implement RPA (Uipath) Solution RequiredFamiliarity with Windows or Linux OS RequiredMachine learning knowledge RequiredAbility to work with Oracle and MongoDB RequiredAbility to manage all aspects/stages of software development life cycle (Agile environment) RequiredGood written and verbal communication skills: must be able to effectively convey and document designs and processes RequiredEducation & Experience
