Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware. Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention. Comfortable with face-to-face interactions as will be required to provide technical support to end users in-person at the customer's site. Assist Site Leader in the execution of established processes and escalations. Experience working in enterprise environment. Be physically able to lift up to 40lbs, bend, crawl, and Client in order to support customer computer systems

Breakdown, move and setup end users PCs and peripherals.Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals. Ability tosetup, configure and add all hardware.Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriateattention.Comfortable with face-to-face interactions as will be required to provide technicalsupport to end users in-person at the customer's site.Back up and burn end user data.Experience working in enterprise environment.Be physically able to lift up to 40lbs, bend, crawl, and Client in order to support customercomputer systems.Be able to be on feet and physically walk potentially a good portion of the day whilevisiting customers work area
