Responsibilities
Develop device drivers and application firmware for products using 32 bit microcontrollers
Maintain and support existing embedded software
Interfaces with other members of the development team, validation test and field application engineers
Development and maintenance of firmware design documentation.
Develop Unit and Acceptance Tests, and document test procedures
QualificationsMust Haves
BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
10+ years of embedded firmware development experience
Knowledge about microcontrollers and internals is required and able to comprehend hardware specs and schematics
Experience with Super loop and RTOS architectures
Proficiency in C/C++/Python
Familiarity with using digital scopes and logic analyzers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Pluses
MS in Computer Science preferred
Experience with eLinux architecture
Experience with Cellular, BLE, and WiFi protocols
Experience with Test Automation using scripting languages
Experience with POSIX programming
Familiarity with communication protocols such as UDP and TCP, TLS, and HTTP
