Full Stack Software Engineers
who are well versed in Agile Development using Object Oriented Programming and microservices in the AWS cloud using
React and Java Spring Boot . This is a long-term project. Successful candidates must thrive in a collaborative team culture.This Position is Full Time, Remote.Essential Job Functions:Devises and modifies applications programs and procedures from detailed specifications to solve complex problems. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents and maintains those programs.Ability to deliver competent O&M and system enhancement support by executing all phases of applications programming activities.Required Qualifications and Skills:US Citizenship.Active clearance at the Public Trust level or above. DHS clearance preferred.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, Engineering, or IT-related field preferred or equivalent experience.3+ yrs overall software development experience using Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and the following core languages and technologies: React and Java Spring Boot.3+ yrs developing software on fully automated CI/CD in the cloud - specifically, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Must be proficient in developing APIs and microservices.Must be proficient in automation tools - Jenkins, Git, Confluence/Jira.Ability to work as a team player.Detailed documentation skills.Excellent oral and written communications.Strong customer service/client facing skills.Other nice to haves: DevOps, Terraform, AWS CLI, Apigee.Why Join LightFeather?You'll be part of a team dedicated to meaningful impact, working on solutions that address mission-critical needs.
