We are looking for a talented Software Engineer Lead to be focused in our Insights pillar of the Alli platform. This team uses AI and other automation techniques to build tools that provide actionable insights from blended data sources to make better, faster, data-informed decisions. Responsibilities
Build complex & highly scalable technical solutionsDrive initiatives with a high company-wide impactUse cutting edge technologies like AI to help drive impact in the digital marketing spaceDraft architectural decisions and ensure reliable and state-of-the-art productsWork with a best in class team of engineers, collaborate with designers and product managers to innovate market leading solutionsLead code reviews, provide critical feedback to fellow developers and mentor engineersDrive technical decisions that will shape the future of the teamWork within a dynamic & diverse environment with an agile working culture, using methodologies such as SCRUMSkills & Experience
Object oriented programming with a framework - PHP or Java or Python (5+ years)Docker and relating tech (2+ years)System design using event driven architecture (2+ years)2-3 years of leading and mentoring engineersUnderstanding of distributed system architecturesExperience in building quality software including testing, code reviews, clean code, refactoring strategies, etc.Solid knowledge of programming fundamentals - data structures, design patterns, algorithms, and paradigmsExtensive experience working with APIsAdvanced SQL skills, including data modeling (4+ years)Mastery of your own tool set (IDE, shell, debugging etc.)Preferred, but not required
Interest in digital media and MarTech spaceExperience with DDD, NoSQL, TypeScript, Python and Machine LearningExperience with Grafana, Docker, AWS, GCP and can safely maneuver/setup configurations in those environmentsDegree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
