That’s why more than 105,000 fleets subscribe over 750,000 commercial vehicles to PrePass services.Position DescriptionWe are seeking a BI Analyst to join our Business Intelligence Team. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence. You will be responsible for translating data into actionable insights for our company. The role collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to better understand goals and objectives. This is a Remote position, but does require occasional travel to our Downtown Phoenix office (across from the Footprint Center).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy BI solutions as translated by business need.Maintain, support and improve existing BI systems and data analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI primarily).Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to identify areas of improvement in current operations.Gather, analyze, and interpret data with accuracy and reliability to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders that drive business decisions.Create reports, dashboards, stories, and visualizations for requested projects that supports quantitative and qualitative data analysis.Collaborate with BI developers and data engineers to integrate systems and convert business requirements into technical specifications.Develop and update technical documentation.Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas.RequirementsQualificationsRequiredProven experience as a BI Analyst.Proficiency with data visualization tools, specifically PowerBI.Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Platforms, Tableau, QlikView).Basic SQL knowledge.BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.PreferredAdvanced SQL skills; familiarity with No-SQL databases.Experience creating and maintaining ETL pipelines and automation.Understanding of data lake architecture and design principles.Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD implementation methodologies.Exceptional collaborative abilities, with a talent for navigating fluid environments and embracing change.BenefitsHow We Will Take Care of YouRobust benefit package that includes medical, dental, and vision that start on date of hire.Paid Time Off, to include vacation, sick, holidays, and floating holidays.401(k) plan with employer match.Company-funded “lifestyle account” upon date of hire for you to apply toward your physical and mental well-being (i.e., ski passes, retreats, gym memberships).Tuition Reimbursement Program.Voluntary benefits, to include but not limited to Legal and Pet Discounts.Employee Assistance Program (available at no cost to you).Company-sponsored and funded “Culture Team” that focuses on the Physical, Mental, and Professional well-being of employees.Community Give-Back initiatives.Culture that focuses on employee development initiatives.
