Senior Developer

ESI is seeking a Senior Software Developer that will support one of our customers. The scope of work involves the organization operating as a program under the Cybersecurity, Security Risk Management (SRM), Security Controls Testing and Evaluation (SCTE) organizations. SRM monitors the implementation of the IT security program in accordance with federal regulations and policies and is required to prioritize the recoverability of information systems for the purpose of ensuring service continuity for the most critical business processes and the highest rated systems. The customer uses data analytics to create the risk mitigation strategy. This task is carried out by leveraging data centricity and analytics to determine prioritization, criticality, service continuity, and risk factors regarding mission essential functions and systems, using the customer's tool as the central repository.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The customer has identified a need for the continuation of enhancements and maintenance of the (SQL) Databases and all tables, Graphical User Interface (GUI), and Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) Universes, and seeks the following outcomes:

Provide enhanced analytics with capabilities to report on all assets.Perform efficient GUI and database upgrades and enhanced processing of audit dataExpand and enhance interdependency analysis for all assetsConduct ongoing upgrades and maintenance of BIA SQL databases, GUI, templates and BOE Universes Develop an ISCP testing interface to manage Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) asset data used for testing activitiesMaintain and enhance the Business Operating Division (BOD) view to update Authority to Operate (ATO) certificationsMaintain Interdependency Analysis / critical business processes and assets

This works requires an active MBI clearance and can be performed remotely.

Qualifications:

Have proven C#.NET 4.5 experience.

Have proven MS ASP.NET Model-View-Controller (MVC) 5 experience.

Have proven Visual Studio 2013 experience.

Have proven experience in Entity Framework & LINQ

Application interfaces with SAP Business Intelligence (BI) Suite

Application connects to SQL Database as backend database

Support SQL Database schema creation and management

Support data modeling and database design

Support ETL solution for data exchange

Provide general systems management, database management and server management
