PMO Manager is the lead of the Project Management Office at Evolution and is expected to efficiently manage a portfolio of projects and a team of project managers and project coordinators across multiple locations to deliver all projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Projects are usually aimed at the development of existing Evolution studios as well as the development of new ones and requires cross functional, multi-site projects.The PMO Manager is expected to effectively manage his team and portfolio to efficiently execute all projects within Scope, Budget and Timeline. The role requires the ability to work independently while being 100% aligned with other departments and teams.ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for PMO NA Portfolio Management, across all locations in the region (existing or coming along with Evolution development)PMO NA Portfolio prioritization, in alignment with the Head of PSD NA, and Chief PSD officer in some cases.Responsibility for PMO NA budget performance, both OPEX and CAPEX, its development, and management.Full control and responsibility for PMO NA delivery, in terms of quality, budget, and timelines.Full responsibility for Business plans and their execution for PMO NA.Studio Capacity Management, ensuring that each studio is productive and optimal in supporting Evolution needs.Ensure stable team and support in PMO NA.Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training within PMO NA.Provision and management of performance reports (like PMO portfolio, or Tables Summary files)Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information.Provide direction, coaching, and mentoring to your team.Seek objectives that will assist in improving current lead times, communication, and quality delivered by PMO NA /PSD.Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.Qualification Requirements and CompetenciesHigher education in Technical/Business/Engineering or IT field Evolution7+ years' experience in Project Manager's positionExperience in direct line management of a team.Previous experience in construction project management will be considered as advantage.Obtained PMP, PRINCE 2 or other equivalent certificate will be seen as a plus.Ability and passion to work in a hyperdynamic work environment where priorities often changeExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) at all levels within organization and external partiesExcellent administration skills including management of project artefacts and their traceabilityExcellent organizational skillsCompetence in leading cross-department teams and projects.Obtaining and processing large amount of informationAbility to handle work stress and make informed decisions.
