Job Title: Data Architect - EPIC VBPM and Population Health
Overview:We are seeking a skilled Data Architect with expertise in EPIC VBPM (Value-Based Performance Management) and Population Health to join our team. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing complex data architectures that support EPIC VBPM initiatives and Population Health analytics. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and IT teams, to ensure our data infrastructure meets the needs of our healthcare delivery and management systems.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable and robust data architectures that support EPIC VBPM and Population Health analytics.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop data models, data flows, and data integration processes for EPIC VBPM and Population Health applications.Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data governance practices.Optimize database performance and manage data security and compliance.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to improve data management and analytics capabilities.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team.
