Qualifications/years of experience:
• Stakeholder Communication and Information Gathering• Define Stories and provide Estimates.• Requirements and Solution design• Testing• Production Documentation• Issue Resolution• Change Deployment Support• Agile Ceremonies and Continuous improvement
Technology Requirements:
• Experience with API development, support, and other system integration experience.• PBM or Insurance experience (Member Management, Claims Processing)• Experience working as a Product team in an Agile environment.• Analyze problems, create options and communication pros/cons/benefit analysis.• Self-managed and motivated• Ability to be part of a on-call rotation for production support issues.• WSO2 or similar API technology preferred.
Success/Performance Metrics:
• Good Communication skills• Ability to work with internal and client resources.• Ability to tailor message for technical and functional resources
