Title - Scrum Master (Product Owner)
Location: Remote

Assignment duration: 12 months
Job description:• Ability to partner with Product Managers to decompose Program Epic work requirements and priorities into features.• Ability to create detailed user stories for these defined features• Full accountability for execution of assigned user stories and associated products/deliverables• Engage with Scrum Master and team members on a regular basis to ensure assigned features are fully executed within the prescribed Program Increment. Hold all appropriate Product Owner ceremonies as necessary (PI Planning, Grooming, Demo etc.)• Lead prioritization of work for delivery team based on business value and engagement with stakeholders• Responsible for user story management, including accu*** story descriptions and acceptance criteria• Comfortable with escalating risks to Product Manager• Experience with Insurance Industry/Customer User experience is a plus• Coordinate with product, UX, copy, and architecture/delivery teams for the execution of software development projects. Ability to capture their decisions and bring back to the development team through user stories.• Comfortable demo-ing working software and understanding multiple software platforms• Comfortable and effective working across multiple business units, including Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams• Analytical, organized, and an independent problem-solver• Excellent written and verbal communications skills• Ability to manage changes to scope and schedule accordingly. Comfortable being flexible in fast paced environment• Able to work productively with internal stakeholders with differing viewpoints5+ Year experience
