Job Title:

Ceridian's DayForce (HCM) Solution Architect

Location:

Chicago, IL (2nd Option, Santa Clara, CA)

Number of positions:

Two

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of HCM practice, the DayForce Solution Architect is responsible for successful DayForce Implementation and go live

• Guide clients through all project phases including discovery, design, configuration and testing

• Provide configuration insights to each client's unique business requirements and provide insight on best practices

• Assist clients in fully integrating the DayForce system into their existing business environments

• Advise client on different options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems

• Be the DayForce SME and lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle

• Very efficient with time management and timely reporting progress to higher ups

• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering DayForce solutions

• Closely work with Our Client delivery team to ensure deliverables are met on time and budget

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of DayForce Implementation experience as a Solution Architect

• Very strong HCM domain skills as a functional lead in at least 3 of the following disciplines - Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Recruitment

• DayForce certification is recommended

• Strong experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration

• Experience in re-engineering HR business processes

• Good understanding of Integration concepts

Travel:
