Description

Captivation Software is looking for a senior level software engineer who will assist with daily responsibilities to support the program.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze user requirements to derive software design to code new software or modify existing software adding new features and capabilitiesDebug existing software and correct defectsDesign or implement database or data repository interfaces/queriesDesign or implement complex algorithms requiring adherence to strict timing, system resource, or interface constraintsIntegrate automated testing as part of the development lifecycleRequirementsSecurity Clearance:

Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizenMinimum Qualifications:Twenty (20) years of experience as a SWE is required.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university is requiredRequired Skills:RF signals analysisHighly proficient in C++ and Python for telecommunication applications in LINUX environmentsExperience with message queue implementation/communicationDesired Skills:Experience with implementation of DevOps processes and software in a virtual (VMWare) and containerized (Docker/K8) environmentsGPU/CUDA experienceThis position is open for direct hires only. Benefits
