Job Role: Salesforce Platform Architect
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Type: Contract
Lead a global team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions.Develops visually rich and professional conceptual design documents targeted to varying audiences of business and technical aptitude.Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions.Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutionsProvide industry leading technical expertise with Salesforce.Help to resolve, mitigate technical/architecture issues, and risks as they arise.Develops detailed configuration specifications documentation for ready use by the technical teamManages customer communications, conflicts, and negotiations related to overall architecture design.Develop Proof of Concept for specific architecture/integration concepts.Guides customer through solution deployment.Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.Proven experience with the Configuration/Administration of Salesforce Service Cloud.Creating Technical requirements as an input to Salesforce solution design.Provide guidance to clients on leading IT and Salesforce practices.Assist technical leads in perform hands-on solution design, solution architecture, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects.Capable of executing independent POCs to be transitioned to the scrum team for development.Associate with Salesforce.com Certification(s) and Architecture experience responsible for the following effort Plan and monitor tec
