Key Responsibilities:Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking technical assistancePerform desk-side and remote troubleshooting for various IT issuesManage and maintain the IT support ticketing systemHandle employee onboarding and offboarding processesAssist in creating and maintaining automated scriptsInstall, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipmentManage asset recovery and equipment reconditioningSupport company VOIP and video conferencing solutionsContribute to documentation and process improvementsRespond promptly to IT issues and alertsJob Details
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of MacOS, iOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of computer systems, networks, and securityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasksValid driver's license and willingness to travel between propertiesBachelor's Degree in a related field preferred but not required3+ years of relevant work experienceAdvanced knowledge of network administration and VOIP technologiesAbility to foster teamwork and coach othersContributor to process and procedure improvements
