What you will doThis will be 3 days onsite (hybrid) in Glendale, Wisconsin.Partner with USA Commercial business leadership to lead technology enablement of the commercial excellence strategy and goals.Be an IT strategic business partner who helps in the business strategy development, technology roadmaps, and IT portfolio management.Helps select and lead digital technology innovation, customer experience workstreams, and strategic IT investments.Direct, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate the efforts of IT, users, and vendor personnel assigned to a specific systems project. May directly supervise and be accountable for a small team.Responsible for successful strategic alignment between business stakeholders and IT related organizations, as well as a thorough understanding of company business processes.Demand shaping and demand management, business case development, success criteria and metric definition, lead SIT/UAT, and project and program management.Work cross functionally within different business functions and regions for project alignment and best practice learning.How you will do it

Bringing technology insights into the Commercial strategy development; develop roadmaps to align technology investment with enterprise objectivesStaying current with emerging technical innovations & application development technologies and solutions within relevant remitExploring innovations and technical/process improvements that will lead to operational efficiency, automation and/or enhanced business impactResearching and understanding technology and non-technology trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise's technology strategy, direction, and architectureWhat we look for

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on marketing and sales operations. In addition, you have several years of experience in CRM, PRM and/or other sales, marketing, and communication related systems/applications; and knowledge of how front-office business management information technology can be leveraged for operations.Requires 8 years of relevant experienceGood understanding of architectural aspects like Integration Architecture, Security Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture etc. which plays as key IT enablers to CX technology.Preferred

Experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS developmentStrong understanding of PM/SDLC methodologies (SCRUM, CI/CD, other)Ability to travel up to 10%.#LI-Hybrid
