We're currently working with a company that specializes in systematic asset management providing core beta exposures across a wide range of niche asset classes and other equity sources. Their focus is to offer the scale of a large asset firm with the benefits of a smaller organization.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role on the Data Team, providing technical leadership, expertise, best practices, and guiding other highly skilled Data Engineers. The role will be in a hybrid setting, based in their Boston office 3x/week.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Software and/or Data Engineering experienceStrong experience in a Snowflake ecosystem, with knowledge of Snowflake architecture and conceptsAbility to develop ELT/ETL pipelines to move data to and from Snowflake data stores using PythonComfortable building cloud native applications in AWS or AzureExcellent SQL skillsClear communication, both written and verbalDesired Skills & Experience
BS or MS in CS or equivalent related work experienceExperience building reports, dashboards, and visualizations with Business Intelligence toolsThe Offer:
