We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with excellent Generalist skills to join our team. As HR Manager, you will possess a unique ability to lean into and manage multiple competing responsibilities, with grace, thoughtfulness, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset. You will be empowered to manage and accomplish day-to-day HR activities and contribute to the development and implementation of various HR strategies and initiatives.The ideal candidate will have experience working either as a solo practitioner (in a start-up company or the like), and/or working collaboratively with colleagues in HR and throughout the organization to deliver forward-thinking HR solutions, promote employee engagement, and foster a positive hybrid work environment. As HR Manager, you will have responsibilities across several HR functional areas that at minimum will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and more.Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in various HR functional areasPartner with various department managers to address HR-related issues and provide guidanceManage and resolve employee relations issuesDevelop and maintain HR policies and proceduresDevelop and implement employee engagement and retention initiativesParticipate in the development and implementation of training and development programsFoster employee engagement in a hybrid work environmentCollect HR data and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulationsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of progressive HR experienceStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsHR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferredExperience working with HR technology platforms; ADP practitioner experience preferredIf you are a results-oriented HR professional with a passion for creating a positive work environment and driving employee success, we welcome you to apply.
