Overview:

Job Purpose

This Compensation Analyst will support the design and execution of our global compensation plans including base pay administration, annual cash and long-term equity incentives, in addition to supporting the Compensation Manager in consulting with HR business partners and line managers on compensation activity in each area of the business.

ResponsibilitiesParticipate in ICEs global compensation benchmarking process including job matching, survey submission and results analysis.Conduct ad hoc benchmarking of jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.Prepare and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.Assess US jobs and their respective duties to determine classification as exempt or nonexemptSupport HR Business Partners and business leaders in defining and maintain job structures across the organizationProduce monthly HR headcount reporting and related analyticsContribute to employee communications related to global compensation programsConduct analysis to support decisions related to executive compensationPrepare compensation committee materialsSupport administration of year-end performance management and compensation cycleParticipate in design and testing of compensation related aspects of HR reporting and HR systemsKnowledge and ExperienceBachelors degree in a related fieldOne to three years of experience working in a corporate compensation or compensation consulting environmentExperience managing large amounts of data and executing complex analytics accurately and independently using ExcelTeam player with flexible attitude - willingness to and interest in contributing beyond job specifications as neededAble to establish collaborative relationships across all organizational levels and functionsAbility to communicate technical concepts in straightforward fashionGlobal perspective in approach to workMeticulous attention to detailScheduleThis role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
