**International Sales Manager** Location **Carlsbad, CA** Internal Req ID **3750729** Division **Hospitality & Specialty Communications** The **International Sales Manager** is responsible for establishing and growing sales outside of the USA and establishing worldwide dealer-sales organizations, distribution channels and service arrangements, and develop direct business relationships with the International end user companies. The **International Sales Manager** will be responsible for the management and development of the International Sales organization to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals. You will coordinate sales distribution by establishing and monitoring sales territories, quotas, and specific customer targets working through the International Distributors as well as directly with the end-user customers while maintaining regular direct customer relationships with key customer logos worldwide. In addition, you'll pr ovide ongoing sales and product training for assigned International Distributors, develop and promote improved sales tactics, promotions, and customer service techniques to be deployed by the distributor community, and work with various HME departments to maximize effectiveness in this area. Plus, youll identify areas of the world where HME should install new/replacement distributors and work with the customer base to identify the highest quality distributor candidates in each area and work closely with HME product development groups to coordinate required global product approvals and the development of language specific manuals and other support documents for use by our International Distributors and customers. ** HME Careers**HME has been creating innovative products for the drive-thru and pro-audio industries since 1971.
