Summary:To promote the mission to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective team member.Responsible for the delivery of clinical services, to adolescents and their families who are either at risk for or actively engaging in substance use/abuse.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:Provide individual, family, couple and group therapy for adolescents and their families utilizing approved treatment modalities and interventionsProvide case management services for assigned youthBe aware of clients' financial liabilities, coordinate any financial changes with PATH's Billing Department, and assist clients in securing third party resources when indicatedComplete all required documentation including treatment plans, assessments, annual reviews, progress notes and discharge summaries in a timely, comprehensive and legible manner and in accordance with PATH policies and proceduresContribute to any quality improvement/outcome measurement tracking, development and data gathering as assignedCollect all pertinent information and provide comprehensive assessments in accordance with PATH policies and proceduresBe flexible in scheduling appointments to meet youth/family needsMeet productivity standards for your positionWork 2 - 3 evenings per week.

Skills:PA State LicenseExperience working with youth/ familiesMaster's degree in human services field from an accredited college or universityKnowledge of substance use issues and treatment; excellent interpersonal skillsBasic Computer skillsConsistently display a positive attitudeExercise sound judgmentDemonstrate effective communication skillsMaintain a professional demeanorDemonstrate integrityTake initiativeDemonstrate positive interpersonal skillsUtilize effective problem solving skills
