Amalgamated Bank seeks a highly motivated Senior Account Executive who will operate in a lead capacity, this position will manage a team of Account Executives and Account Support Administrators and will provide client service and support within the Commercial Banking division.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this role is between $120,500.00 - $130,000.00. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Essential Job Functions:
- Supervise regional Account Executive and Account Support Administrator team providing support on opportunities, client portfolios and escalations.
- Maintain constant and consistent communication with Regional Director of Commercial Banking.
- Work closely with the Regional Director of Commercial Banking on service issues, sales service strategy and overall client portfolio management.
- Provide onboarding support, mentoring and training for new hires.
- Roll out processes, standards and best practices in accordance with the Regoinal Director of Commercial Banking.
- Coordinate all proposed new processes (based on new client opportunities/ requests) through the Regional Director of Commercial Banking.
- Act as day to day relationship manager/primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio, liaising with other areas of the Bank to resolve client issues.
- Consult with clients to make appropriate recommendations on product, services and fee structures.
- Deepen relationships by taking a consultative approach to client needs both from a product and service perspective.
- Ensure respective Commercial Bankers Account Executives, and Account Support Administrators are well informed of client issues, requests and opportunities for growth.
- Actively participate in sales process as requested by Account Executives and Commercial Bankers offering sales support, product expertise, product demonstrations and pro forma analyses.
- Maintain accurate client records through a central repository of shared drives or databases.
- Complete and oversee the process of annual reviews as required for select products and services.
- Review and decision of daily overdraft and other account reports; escalate issues to Regional Director of Commercial Banking as needed..
- Maintain compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and regulations.
- Demonstrate a superior level of product acumen and attention to detail.
- Timely escalate client concerns or issues to Regional Director of Commercial Banking and Commercial Bankers.
- Work remotely and be accessible nights and weekends for VIP client and team inquiries.
- Work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Respond to internal and external clients and employees in a timely fashion.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in client facing roles
- 1-2 years of experience with managing a team
- Ability to accurately understand and audited financial statements and bank statements
- Ability to work and adapt to a fast paced, evolving work environment
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office software package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
