you will:
Job Description:
Partner with the BPM Portfolio Manager to organize, manage and communicate the CTDO BPM PortfolioSupport the intake & triage stage of the BPM PPM processVerify all necessary information is captured for each item within the portfolio as part of intake before it proceeds to the next stage of the BPM PPM processCreate and maintain portfolio dashboards and reports as neededManage stakeholder / user permissions and appropriate levels of access to project portfolio data, dashboards and reportsArchitect and administer Portfolio workspace in Smartsheet or similar toolAdminister BPM SharePoint and MS Teams including permissions and site content updateSupport and co-facilitate key meetings with the BPM Portfolio ManagerWork?cross-functionally, including with IT and various process domains?to?support?Cell TherapyThe ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree?in supply chain, Manufacturing, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or similar.3-4?years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical industry?preferred).Experience in project and/or portfolio management processesExperience with delivery of small to medium sized projectsExperience in metrics and / or data reportingKnowledge?of?computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, etcExperience in Data Analytical tools such as Tableau creation and reporting, Power BI

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50.66- $51.75 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
