to join an elite educational non-profit in Washington, DC, to cluster large datasets across various container and data platforms.

Responsibilities of the Data Scientist

include:Achieve and maintain proficiency with cluster and framework sizing, installation, debugging, performance optimization, migration, security and automationCollaborate with analysts, engineers, stakeholders, and IT teams to design, implement, and deploy data services and analytics.Apply Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Machine Learning concepts to develop a standardized data environmentRecommend and advise on optimal data models for data ingestion, integration, and visualizationIntegrate data from a variety of data source typesQualifications for the Data Scientist

include:

Masters Degree in relevant technical field of study preferred6 years of experience in data engineering or data science3 years cloud experience: Azure, AWS, or GCPExperience with Snowflake, Databricks, Spark SQL, PySparkExpertise with PythonCompensation for the Data Scientist include:

Salary: $185,000Comprehensive Benefits Package: Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401K w/ADP
