Role: Sr. BI Analyst

Job Description:As an integral member of our team, the Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting mission-critical enterprise business intelligence dashboards and reports. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather and document reporting requirements to address business needs. Leveraging your skills and experience as a BI Analyst, you will design, develop, test, and create reports and dashboards in Tableau, utilizing data from our data warehouse.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will act as a catalyst for strategic decision-making by harnessing data analysis, market insights, and collaborative problem-solving. Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fieldMasters in a relevant field preferred

Work Experience

Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, demonstrating strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the analysis of complex business challenges, using data and analytics to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation.Take full ownership of key initiatives from conceptualization to execution, working closely with stakeholders to define objectives, gather requirements, and develop solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Utilize advanced programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using cutting-edge tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to effectively communicate insights and guide informed decision-making.Foster a culture of diverse thinking and accountability within the team, promoting open dialogue, collaboration, and continuous learning.Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance analytical capabilities and achieve business goals.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, supporting their professional growth and development.Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data by implementing robust governance practices and adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R, with strong skills in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.Extensive knowledge of data visualization tools and methodologies, with hands-on experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proven leadership abilities, demonstrated by a track record of owning projects and successfully guiding them to completion.A strong commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, with an emphasis on encouraging diverse perspectives and promoting accountability.Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with adeptness at adapting to changing priorities and requirements.Relevant certifications, such as Tableau Desktop Specialist or Microsoft Certified: Power BI, are advantageous.
