Our Client needs an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to come in and enhance and support their SuccessFactors system long term, they recently lost their FTE in this position.
Environment:
SuccessFactors with Employee central, RBP, LMS, Onboarding, Recruiting, PMGM. Snowflake and PowerBI
Team:
Candidate will work as a sole contributor but will work on a team and have access to appropriate resources
Tasks:
Come in and assess their current system and processesPresent as is-to be findings to stakeholders and executivesProvide, document and roll out new best practices and proceduresEnhance and configure Role Based permissionsEnhance and configure Employee central and other subsequential modules of SAP SuccessFactorsIntegrate and set up reporting capabilities for non SAP systems like Power BI and SnowflakeLead the design of their variable pay systemStay compliant in the client processes already in place for legalities and more
Must Have:
Understanding of best practices and procedures of SAP SuccessFactorsAbility to assess current systems and document/present best practicesExperience enhancing and configuring Role Based PermissionsExperience building integrations with SuccessFactors to non SAP systems
Nice to have:
Ability to make their onboarding more seamless within SAP
Soft skills:
Must be comfortable presenting and working with business owners and executivesIdeal candidate will possess excellent communication skills - written/verbalComfortable leading processes and at times, teams
