Classify user inquiries and system trouble inquiriesEscalation to the user department and development departmentUser inquiry managementCoordination with the system development team and management teamSystem impact testingTest environment management, test schedule managementGo-Live support and schedule management2. Required skillsMust:

Banking transaction knowledge (Exchange/receivable transaction) *System development experience is a big plusUnderstanding of the concept of the system interface protocols (SFTP, HTTO, ODBC, MO etc)Quick learning ability of IT related toolsPreferred:
