The Job Details: The Phenix Business Analyst works directly with the Gap Analysis Lead and Product team in executing the requirements gathering phase of the eWM software implementation project. This includes documenting customer requirements and system features, software testing, and providing subject matter expertise to development teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Traveling to USCS warehouses with the Product team to discover if our application can accommodate the warehouse's current operation.Identify and log application "gaps" into JIRA with clear requirements.Work with Product and Development teams to document new application designs and enhancements.Assist in new feature designs that involve multiple parties.Perform software testing on gap features and general functionality.Work closely with Gap Lead to analyze warehouse features before/after performing Gap Analysis.Participate as a Scrum Team member for the product.The Job Specifics:

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.Experience

Prior Business Analysis experience.Experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies.Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse operations knowledge.Preferred knowledge involving automated warehousing technology (ASRS, Layer Picker, Conveyor Systems).MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience using JIRA and Confluence.Effective written and oral communication, ability to analyze and solve problems.Excellent computer skills Independent, responsible and organized. Must be able to work independently when not travelling.Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.Other Abilities You Will Need to Have:

Work longer hours as needed.Understand and follow verbal instruction, written instruction and company policies.A starter that can work independently and coordinate with others.Ability to manage stress and productivity guidelines.The Standard Details:
