As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and structure of our organization. This is a multifaceted position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational prowess, and the ability to connect with and understand our greatest asset: our people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draft and refine job descriptions; oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new talent.

Conduct comprehensive orientations for new employees, ensuring understanding and adherence to company policies.

Continuously review, update, and create HR policies as needed.

Monitor attendance, manage leave reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Oversee exit formalities for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition for both the individual and the company.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Implement and oversee performance review processes to support professional growth and business objectives.

Support in the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Comply with statutory regulations, including but not limited to PF, muster roll, leave registers, health registers, and other licensing documentation.

Lead daily operations of the HR department with efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Proven experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

Commitment to personal continuous improvement and professional growth.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
