Lunch Clubs:

Implementing a youth leadership lunch club that meets weeklyProviding structure for the Lunch Club in terms of providing a place to meet, agendas, tasks, projects, etc.Host lunchtime event each monthExecute administrative tasks (Lunch Club agreements, Club Constitution, meeting notes, Google Classroom, Slideshow presentations)Support students in their vision and plans for the club (ex. provide feedback on writing piece ideas, collaborate with event planning, etc.)Maintain the motivation and collaboration of the club through positive reinforcement and regular reminders of agreementsEncourage students to build leadership roles through participating in the meetings in the form of making a space for them to collaborate and share with one another in front of the group
