Key Responsibilities

- Accepting user appointment requests

- Provide outstanding customer service by listening for understanding and ensuring users feel seen/heard

- Maintain user records to stay current with conversation topics specific to each user chat

- Stay up to date with current events, pop culture, sports and other popular conversation topics

- Lead user chats to create a comfortable space for candid conversation and trust building

- Actively drive company vision by upholding brand values during chats with users

- Easily adapt to internal process changes and stay up to date on product developments

- Willing to work flexible schedules as requested by users (possibly some weekends/evenings)

Qualifications

- 0-2 years of professional experience in fields such as sales, customer service or marketing

Skills/Abilities

- Exceptional problem solving and consultative skills

- Strong desire to help others

- Excellent presentation, organization, multitasking and time management skills

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Great listener with high emotional intelligence

Equipment Needed

- Employees responsible for providing their own computers for user chats (company loans available as needed)

- Internet access required
