In the role of Sr. SDET Engineer, you will be validating a highly scalable and extensible SaaS enabled Platform, working with internal customers on adoption, as well as identifying and resolving problems throughout the project life cycle. A proven track record of working closely with cross-functional teams like Product Management & other teams by understanding the priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Review test strategies, plans, test cases and coverage and provide input to risks based on product requirements.Develop automated tests, test harnesses, and applications and services under test.Interact with Quality Assurance team and our partners to understand systems and component specifications and recommend changes to facilitate efficient and effective testing.Leverage prior experience to enhance our CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate directly with software developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure proper development and quality of Saviynt applications and products.Drive testability and diagnostic ability into products.Participate in efforts to share automation testing technology and expertise within the company.Perform tasks to meet project deadlines and work together with team to ensure project success.Help define and participate in software development processes that leverages best practice and supports continuous product delivery.Participate in regular peer design and code reviews.Conform to coding conventions and all aspects of the software development life cycle.Participate in scrum ceremonies.Other duties as assigned.WHAT YOU BRING

Master's Degree in an Engineering discipline, OR a Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of professional software engineering experience or an equivalent experienceProficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: .NET, Python or JavaExperience in testing enterprise level systems and applicationsWorking Experience with API testing and test automation frameworks and toolsExperience with Jenkins and CI/CD implementations and the ability to develop scripts and parametersExperience with Selenium web driver and Selenium GridSignificant experience in quality assurance processes, software lifecycle, testing, planning, execution & defect trackingHands-on experience with agile methodologiesStrong experience developing high quality automation frameworksExperience with automation, web deployment and engineering environment tools such as Mocha, Jasmine, JIRA, Github, GitlabExperience in testing applications on Cloud infrastructure, including Azure and Amazon Web ServicesExperience with Security testing and static analysis toolsExperience in querying complex schemas and relational databasesProven knowledge of a standard software quality assurance methodology, components, deliverables, and how these integrate within the software development lifecycle

$120,000 - $140,000 a year

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000 - $140,000 annually.

You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
